Longjiang is known as “the first furniture town in China”, and a well-known
furniture manufacturing base and transaction center for furniture materials.

 The lower part of the building complex is the furniture procurement center and convention center. The ratio of this two functions can be adjusted according to demand. The central showcase is the core of the building, shaping the interior space while connecting different areas of a floor level.

The two towers of the upper part of the building accommodate the furniture club hotel and office space.

The “floating island roof garden” ontop the central showcase core provides the centripetal force for the cluster and focal point. At the same time, the water roof will create a rich shadow effect for the interior space and enrich people’s spatial perception of the building as well as providing cooling.
